Our cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies for candlemaking workshops.

Workshop Cancellations

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage workshop capacity effectively.

Cancellation Timeframes

  • More than 48 hours before the workshop: Full refund or free rescheduling to another available date.
  • 24-48 hours before the workshop: 50% refund or full credit toward a future workshop.
  • Less than 24 hours before the workshop: No refund available, but credit may be issued at our discretion for emergencies.
  • No-show: No refund or credit will be provided.

Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before your workshop can be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability. We recommend booking your new date as soon as possible to secure your preferred time.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been initiated.

Cancellation by Zexmorinienloxia

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (instructor illness, facility issues, etc.). In such cases, you will be offered:

  • A full refund of your workshop fee
  • Priority rescheduling to another available date

We will notify you as soon as possible if a cancellation becomes necessary.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers for Zexmorinienloxia workshops are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person. Please contact us if you need to arrange a transfer.

Private Events

Private event bookings have different cancellation terms due to the exclusive nature of these sessions. Private event cancellations require at least 7 days notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a 50% fee.
